Marcella White Campbell is a writer, cultural educator, and advocate for inclusive storytelling and leadership in the Jewish community. She is the Director of the Pomegranate Writing Fellowship for Jewish Women of Color at Jewish Women’s Archive and previously served as Executive Director of Be’chol Lashon.
An award-winning writer, Marcella’s work has appeared in publications including Lilith Magazine, The Forward, Kveller, and Jewish&. Her forthcoming children’s book will be released by Kalaniyot Books in 2026. She also designs hands-on workshops that explore Jewish identity through art, craft, and storytelling and is currently deepening her facilitation skills as a member of Jewish Studio Project’s Creative Facilitator Training Cohort 5.
A San Francisco Bay Area native, Marcella holds a BA in English from Stanford University and an MA in Literature from San Francisco State University, where she studied food, class, and identity in early Jewish American women’s memoirs.
