Adam Eilath teaches Jewish Studies and History at the Jewish Community High School of the Bay in San Francisco. Adam is a proud Tunisian Jew who is passionate about using text study and travel to rediscover his ancestral cuisine, music, liturgy and values. When Adam is not teaching he can be found swimming in the San Francisco Bay.
