Hi! My name is Aimée Brown-Borges (she/her). I am a member of the class of 2025 and have been writing creatively since elementary school. Within my writing, and more personally, I strongly value social justice, especially regarding the issues of racial equality, feminism, Jewish identity, LGBTQ+ rights, and intersectionality, and I hope to continue showcasing those values through my work. In 10th grade, I helped plan Outright Vermont’s Queer Youth Summit, hosting students from across the state. Beyond that, some of my favorite things include musicals, talking to friends about books and TV, and learning about new things!
